Bloomfield Township police responded to the Pet Supplies Plus store at 2057 S. Telegraph Road on Thursday, September 17, after employees saw a man steal a pet collar. The store manager told officers that a white male, who the manager immediately recognized as the suspect responsible in past-unreported thefts, entered the store with a small child before stealing a multi-colored dog collar. A store employee observed the suspect remove the price tag from the item and put it in his hoodie. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a a black hooded sweatshirt with white NBA logo on the front, gray sweatpants, and a black and gray baseball hat.
