Car stolen during the night on Ruffner

A resident living in the 700 block of Ruffner in Birmingham reported on Thursday, October 2, their vehicle had been stolen during the night. They informed police the vehicle was parked in the street at the time of the theft. Police report the vehicle was later located in Detroit, missing its rims and tires. There are no suspects or witnesses.
