Three nabbed attempting to get into building

Birmingham police were called to the Willits Alley on Saturday, October 3, on reports that three men were trying to get into a locked building. Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Willits Alley around 2 a.m. after three white males were seen attempting to get into a locked building, and one of them threw a bench through a glass door. Officers were able to locate the suspects, two 23-year-old males and one 26-year-old male, all who were from Chicago. All three were arrested for disorderly person. The man who threw the bench was also charged with malicious destruction of property.
