Applause, Applause for library's 60 years

Bloomfield Township Public Library will celebrate its 60th anniversary with “Applause, Applause,” a special evening of fun, festivities and nostalgia on Saturday, October 5, from 4-7 p.m.

The library said this celebration is a heartfelt 'thank you' to the incredible Bloomfield Township community for six decades of unwavering support, enthusiasm and engagement for the library. The event is designed to bring the community together for a joyful and inclusive evening of fun and festivity to help us commemorate this significant milestone.

“It is wonderful to see how much the library means to this community. From our youngest patrons to those that have been coming to the library for decades – we are excited to celebrate 60 years of being the place to discover,” said Katherine Bryant, assistant library director.

Registration for the event is required and begins Thursday, September 5.

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available for “Applause, Applause,” for local businesses, organizations and individuals. For more information, visit btpl.org/applause.
