What started off as an argument in Birmingham between two cousins the night of Monday, October 12, turned physical, leading to the arrest of a 46-year-old Macomb man for disorderly conduct.

Birmingham police reported that a 59-year-old man from South Carolina claimed he got into the argument with his cousin, the 46-year-old, near Townsend Street and Pierce Street. He claimed his cousin ended up pushing him to the ground, but he did not want to press charges.

The suspect was reportedly arrested then issued the citation for disorderly conduct.
