An unknown person stole an “A-frame” sidewalk sign sometime on Friday, April 9, or Saturday, April 10, from Birmingham Barbers, 800 S. Adams Road, police said.

Birmingham police officers spoke with the owner of the business about 8:25 a.m. on Saturday, April 10, who said his sign was stolen. The sign was last seen on Friday, about 6:20 p.m., and the owner said he noticed it missing the following morning.

The loss is estimated at $300.

Birmingham police are investigating.
