The Bloomfield Township Police Department on Tuesday, May 5, was dispatched to 2161 Telegraph Road, Ulta Beauty, for a retail fraud involving over $500 in merchandise.

According to the report, the Ulta Beauty sales manager stated on May 3, at approximately 1:30 p.m., an unknown female came into the store and selected nine pieces of various make-up, concealed it in her purse and pants, then left the store without paying.

The suspect was described as 25-35 years old, wearing a gray sweater, black pants, red baseball hat and carrying a black purse. The items stolen were valued at $504.

The case was turned over to the Bloomfield Township Investigations Unit and is currently under investigation.
