Bike stolen from apartment complex storage

In the early morning hours of Friday, May 29, a Birmingham resident’s bike was stolen from his apartment complex’s locked common bike room.
The man reported to Birmingham police that he parked his bike in the bike room after coming home from work the night prior. He said the bike room requires an access code to get in, but witnesses confirmed seeing a man enter the room and leave with the victim’s bike shortly after.
Birmingham police said an investigation is ongoing.
