The annual Woodward Dream Cruise is just a week away and the city of Birmingham will be hosting a cruise-related event next Saturday, August16.
The Birmingham Cruise Event on Saturday runs from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. along South Old Woodward Avenue during the world-famous Woodward Dream Cruise.
Two hundred classic cars will be on display, along with sponsor displays and interactive exhibits from Chevrolet and more and live broadcasts from WOMC 104.3 FM.
Official cruise and Detroit merchandise will be available. Food from vendors will also be available throughout the event.
Convenient parking can be found at all five City of Birmingham municipal parking garages, where the first two hours are free.
