Bloomfield Hills man arrested for assault

Birmingham police responded to a report of a fight in progress on Tuesday, October 25, around Henrietta and Martin streets, and one man was later arrested for assault.

Once officers were on the scene, a witness informed them that two individuals were involved in a physical altercation.

The two individuals – a 60-year-old male from Bloomfield Hills and a 20-year-old male from Sterling Heights – both came into the police station to report the incident. After talking with other witnesses at the scene and taking reports, the 60-year-old male was arrested for assault.

No reason for the fight was provided from police.
