A Birmingham restaurant located in the 200 block of N. Old Woodward Ave. is pursuing charges against a group of brawlers that caused damage to the building’s patio.

According to the restaurant manager and owner, two young men got into a verbal argument the night of Saturday, October 11, ending up in a physical fight outside the restaurant with several other people and damage was caused to the patio as a result. The manager reported that the men fled before police arrived but he wants all of them to be banned from the premises and charges to be issued for the patio damage.

Birmingham police report an investigation is ongoing.
