Sometime during the night of Tuesday, April 1, a car parked in the driveway of a home on the 800 block of Wimbleton in Birmingham was stolen.
The owner reported the incident at 8 a.m. and explained that the car was left unlocked with the keys inside.
Birmingham police say an investigation is underway.
