Car window smashed, items stolen at golf course

A golfer returned to his vehicle at Lincoln Hills Golf Course in Birmingham around 7:15 p.m. Saturday, June 25, to discover a window smashed out of his vehicle and a bag stolen.


The victim, a 57-year-old Birmingham resident, reported to Birmingham police that he was golfing at Lincoln Hills, 2700 W. 14 Mile Road, and when he returned to his car after golfing, he saw that the rear passenger window had been broken out.


A bag was missing from the vehicle.


Police report there are no witnesses or suspects at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
