A good samaritan jogging in the 1600 block of Mansfield on Friday, July 4, flagged down Birmingham police to report that the window of a truck had been smashed.
The owner of the truck said it was parked in front of his home around 12 p.m. the day before, and $100 cash and a key were now missing.
Birmingham police say an investigation is ongoing.
