Catalytic converter stolen from local car

While out of town, a Birmingham resident living on the 1000 block of N. Old Woodward had his catalytic converter stolen from his car.

The resident discovered the theft when he returned home.

According to police, he did not want the theft to be investigated and only made a claim for insurance purposes.
