Catalytic converter stolen in city

Birmingham police are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter stolen on Thursday, October 21, from a vehicle parked in the 2500 block of Windemere Road.


Police responded about 8:54 a.m. to the area where a resident said she noticed her catalytic converter was missing from her vehicle’s exhaust. The victim told police she parked the vehicle about 3:15 p.m. the previous day, and discovered the theft about 7:15 a.m. on Thursday.
