Catalytic converter taken at park-ride lot

At approximately 4 p.m. on Friday, May 25, the Bloomfield Township Police Department responded to the park and ride lot at Adams Road/Square Lake Road for a report that a catalytic converter was taken from a 2014 Dodge 1500 ST.

Police said the victim stated he parked his vehicle on May 22 and when he returned on May 25 one of his catalytic convertors was cut off and the other one was partially cut off.

This case was turned over to the Bloomfield Township Investigations Unit and is currently under investigation.
