On Thursday, March 13, at approximately 10:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a home in the 2800 block of Yorkshire where a resident with a known felony warrant was being evicted from a rental property.

Officers confirmed the 50-year-old man’s identity and the felony child neglect warrant, which was issued by the Michigan Attorney General’s child support division.

The suspect was arrested and transferred to the Oakland County Jail.
