Convertible window taken at Whole Foods

The owner of a convertible vehicle parked at Whole Foods on Tuesday, June 29, returned to his car to find a window stolen, Birmingham police said.

Police said the victim, a 66-year-old man, parked his car about 4:20 p.m. at Whole Foods, 2100 E. Maple Road, and left the convertible window of the vehicle and some personal items in a bag inside the vehicle. The man said later noticed the bag as missing.

The loss was estimated at $160.
