Couple accused of not paying for spa visits

The owner of a Birmingham spa, located on the 200 block of S. Old Woodward, reported to police that a man and woman have repeatedly booked appointments at the space, later refuting the charges and failing to pay the no-show fees.

The owner of the spa said the two have been booking appointments under different names and phone numbers as well, racking up around $885 in charges.

Birmingham police report an investigation is ongoing.
