Detachable roof panels stolen from Ford Bronco

A Bloomfield Township resident had two top detachable panels from his Ford Bronco stolen overnight on Sunday, August 10.

Bloomfield Township police were called on Monday, August 11, to the 1600 block of Bloomfield Place in response to the complaint. The victim reported the panels were last seen on the vehicle at 11:30 p.m. on August 10.

According to police, the panels must be removed from inside the vehicle and there was no sign of forced entry. The panels have an approximate value of $1,500.

This case was turned over to the Bloomfield Township Police Investigations Unit and is currently under investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
