On Monday, November 10, Dick’s Sporting Goods, 2105 S. Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township, reported a retail fraud in progress.

At approximately 7:50 p.m. an unknown black female entered the store and grabbed excessive amounts of clothing off the racks, according to a police report.

The suspect then fled from the store without paying and left the area in a red SUV. Items stolen include seven Nike Tech sweatshirts and seven Nike Tech sweatpants. The merchandise stolen totaled over $1,700.

The female is described as a heavy-set female, 30-40 years-old. This case is currently under investigation and anyone with information is urged to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.
