Discarded wallet found without credit cards

A Birmingham resident who discovered his wallet stolen from his vehicle on Friday, July 15, later learned the wallet was found on the side of the road near his house in the 700 block of Suffield Road.


Around 6 p.m., Birmingham police was dispatched to the man's home. The victim reported his wallet had been stolen from his vehicle, and that he had canceled his credit cards.


The wallet was later found on the side of the road nearby.


Birmingham police reported there are no witnesses or suspects at this time.
