Disgruntled customer arrested at local business

An angry customer was arrested and cited by Birmingham police on Friday, July 14, after refusing to leave a business on the 30000 block of Woodward Avenue.

The staff of the business told officers that the customer, a man from Oak Park, was upset with the staff. When he was asked to leave, he refused, and the police were called. The man still refused to leave the business even after police arrived, which resulted in his arrest.

Birmingham police stated that he was also given a citation for disorderly conduct and resisting and obstructing.
