A 26-year-old man from West Bloomfield was arrested by Birmingham police on Friday, December 29, around 10 p.m. and charged with fleeing and eluding police

According to the police report, the officer tried to stop the second vehicle, which was trailing closely behind the first, but the driver refused to pull over.
