Drunk man arrested for public urination

A heavily intoxicated man was reported and caught urinating on a tree in the 100 block of Willits the night of Saturday, July 18, leading to his arrest.
Birmingham police reported that a woman at a restaurant nearby saw the man urinating and called it in. They report the man was heavily intoxicated when they found him and incoherent, unable to answer the officers’ questions.
He was reportedly placed under arrest and cited for urinating in public.
