A 23-year-old Bloomfield Hills man was arrested in Birmingham the night of Sunday, April 26, after getting caught urinating outside at Barnum Park.
Birmingham police reported that they were called around 6 p.m. and when they showed up, they noticed the man was intoxicated.
They report placing him under arrested and issuing a citation for disorderly conduct.
