A man from Montreal, Quebec, was cited for disorderly conduct in Birmingham the night of Friday, November 28, after he allegedly took a swing at a security guard.

According to the police report, officers arrived at the bar, located on the 100 block of Willits, after the man swung at the security guard while the guard was trying to remove him and his girlfriend from one of the stalls in the women’s restroom.

After giving the man a preliminary breath test, he was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
