Fight outside at Birmingham Luxe restaurant

Two men got into a fight outside of Luxe Bar and Grill, 525 N. Old Woodward Avenue in Birmingham, on Friday, March 17, with one ending up getting arrested.

Birmingham police were called to the restaurant when two men, a 28-year-old male and 44-year-old male, both from Birmingham, got into a physical fight. According to witnesses, the 44-year-old male was the aggressor. Police placed him under arrest and he was issued a citation for assault and battery and disorderly person.

The victim, the 28-year-old, had minor injuries but did not want to seek medical attention.
