In the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 1, two flowerpots were stolen from in front of 220 Merrill restaurant in Birmingham.
The business owner reported to Birmingham police that the pots went missing sometime between 1 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Birmingham police said an investigation is ongoing.
