Football gloves stolen from sporting goods store

Over $500 in football gloves were stolen from the Dick’s Sporting Goods in Bloomfield Township on the afternoon of Friday, September 15.

Employees at the 2105 S. Telegraph Road store reported to Bloomfield Township police that the suspect – a tall black man with a bald head – placed the 14 pairs of football gloves into a shopping bag then left without paying for them.

He was then seen leaving in a gold Volkswagen with an unknown license plate.

The Bloomfield Township Investigations Unit is currently investigating the case. Those with information can call the police department at 248.433.7755.
