Four malicious destruction of property cases

Bloomfield Township police recently responded to four incidents of destruction of property.
On Wednesday, October 22,the Bloomfield Township Police Department took two reports of malicious destruction of property at homes under construction in the 7000 block of Franklin Road.
In one instance the words “Love Live” were spray painted in black paint on the front of the home. In the other instance the word “Love” was spray painted in white paint on an interior wall.
On Thursday, October 23, police took a report of malicious destruction of property at both the Booth Center, 7273 Wing Lake Road, and Wing Lake Developmental Center, 6490 Wing Lake Road.
The school located graffiti spray painted on the exterior walls, a shed and one of the dumpsters. The word “Love” was spray painted in red paint. A can of red spray paint was collected and is being processed for evidence.
Bloomfield Township’s Investigations Unit is currently investigating all incidents and ask that anyone with any information to contact the department at 248.433.7755.
