Four Detroit teens are being investigated by Birmingham police following a retail theft on Friday, August 8, at a city clothing store on the 100 block of S. Old Woodward Avenue.

The person who reported the theft told Birmingham police that the female teens, ranging from 15 to 18 years old, went into the store, grabbed handfuls of clothing and ran out without paying.

According to Birmingham police, all four teens were arrested and released to their guardians pending charges.
