Birmingham police are currently investigating an alleged fight that broke out between a group of men in the early morning hours of Sunday, June 21, outside of a restaurant in the area of E. Maple Road and Woodward Avenue.

According to the police report, the men ran away but police were able to catch up with one who the officers said had blood on his shirt. The man, a 20-year-old from Dearborn, said he was the victim of the fight and that he ran away because he was scared.

Police reported that they came across a video of the incident during their investigation which showed a group parked in front of the restaurant get out of their cars to walk toward the other group, then a fight broke out.
