Home Goods store hit with merchandise theft

The Home Goods store at 2185 S. Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township was the target of retail fraud on Wednesday, May 7.


Bloomfield Township Police Department took a report detailing that two males came into Home Goods and stole four comforter sets and one toaster oven totaling $599.95.


Both suspects were described as 30-40-year-old black males.


The case was turned over to the Bloomfield Township Investigations unit and is currently under investigation. Anyone with information should call Bloomfield Township police at 248.433.7755.
