While at a Birmingham restaurant, located at the 400 block of N. Old Woodward, the night of Thursday, February 5, two drunk men had to be removed from the premises by security after a physical confrontation took place.

According to Birmingham police, the men were kicked out of the business before police were called due to them groping women inside the business. They reportedly started banging on the door until officers arrived. Police reported that they warned both men they would be given misdemeanor citations, and, if they didn’t calm down, arrested. Birmingham police say they ultimately refused to comply and were arrested.
