Early in the morning of Sunday, May 25, a Bloomfield Hills woman was arrested at a Birmingham bar in the 200 block of S. Old Woodward after allegedly assaulting another bar patron in the bathroom.

According to the bar’s security, the woman was highly intoxicated and had become aggressive toward other people in the restrooms, leading to her being removed. It was eventually revealed later that she had also allegedly punched someone in the bathroom and when her friend tried to pull her away from the situation, she got even more disruptive.

Birmingham police said she refused to cooperate with officers while they were on scene which led to her being arrested for disorderly conduct. Birmingham police issued three citations for disorderly conduct, resisting an officer and assault and battery.
