Items stolen from Birmingham gym lobby

Birmingham police are investigating a theft at a Birmingham gym, located at the 400 block of E Brown, after a man and woman were reported for stealing a water bottle and article of clothing from the front lobby of the building.

According to the police report, the couple were seen entering the gym around 7 p.m. the night of Thursday, October 23, and heading into the men’s and women’s locker rooms. They allegedly checked for unlocked lockers to try and steal items and then stole a water bottle and clothing after coming out.  

Birmingham police state an investigation is ongoing.
