Items taken from car in Park Street structure

Roughly $3,000 worth of items were taken from a Waterford woman’s car after a thief shattered the passenger side window while it was parked in the 333 Park Street parking structure.

The 24-year-old victim came back to her car just before 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, to find the smashed window, along with the glove box and center console open. She noticed someone had combed through the compartments and several belongings were taken from the car.

According to Birmingham police, there weren’t any witnesses and they currently do not have a suspect.
