Items taken from unlocked car in township

The Bloomfield Township Police Department on Friday, October 3, responded to the 400 block of N. Williamsbury Road for a larceny from automobile that occurred the day prior.


The victim stated that she parked her vehicle on October 2 at approximately 11 a.m. and discovered the theft on October 3 at approximately 8:15 a.m.


The vehicle was rummaged through and multiple gift cards and $20 cash were stolen from inside. The vehicle was parked in the driveway and left unlocked.


This case was turned over to the Bloomfield Township Police Investigations unit.
