Roughly $90,000 worth of jewelry is reportedly missing from a resident’s room inside a senior living facility, located in the 100 block of Elm Street in Birmingham.
The resident, along with her 57-year-old son, told Birmingham police on Sunday, September 27, that 10 pieces were missing and that they couldn’t remember seeing the pieces in the last four weeks.
Birmingham police report an investigation is ongoing.
