Jewelry taken during forced entry into home

An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into a home in the 500 block of Cambridge Way in Bloomfield Township on Thursday, September 4, between 12:10 p.m. and 12:50 p.m.


Police said the home was unoccupied at the time of entry and several pieces of jewelry were stolen from the residence.


Bloomfield Township police officer s,as well as several detectives, responded to the area. Evidence technicians processed the residence,police said.


The case is currently under investigation by the Bloomfield Township Police Investigations Unit.
