Liquor stolen from gas station on Woodward

While a gas station attendant was looking away, a man was allegedly able to steal four bottles of liquor, valued at approximately $183, reports Birmingham police.

According to the person reporting the theft, a man came into the gas station in the 30000 block of Woodward Avenue around 1 a.m. on Monday, May 5, asking about the lottery machine.

While the attendant wasn’t looking, the man reportedly ran off with the liquor.

Birmingham police say they are investigating.
