Early in the day on Tuesday, December 9, a Detroit woman with a felony arrest warrant issued out of Birmingham was caught and arrested by Ann Arbor police for a similar crime.

According to the police report, the woman is wanted for a felony retail fraud that took place in May this year at a clothing store in the 100 block of S. Old Woodward. She was arrested in Ann Arbor, allegedly for a similar situation at the Ann Arbor location of the same retailer.

Birmingham police received the woman’s transfer from Ann Arbor.
