Locked car stolen from Birmingham driveway

A car stolen from the driveway of a Birmingham resident overnight on Sunday, September 17, was found and recovered in Highland Park, according to Birmingham police.

The victim, who lives in the 1900 block of Pembroke, told Birmingham police that his car had been locked and that it must have been stolen sometime after 11 p.m the night before.

Eventually, police discovered and recovered the car. \However, an investigation is ongoing.
