Man arrested after stealing alcohol from store

A Warren man was arrested in Birmingham the afternoon of Sunday, July 26, at a grocery store in the 600 block of E. Maple after allegedly stealing four-packs of alcohol. 

Birmingham police reported that officers found the man and questioned how he got the alcohol, but he denied being inside the store. They report that he was placed under arrest and cited for retail fraud.
