Man arrested for pulling gun during argument

An argument in Birmingham between two men the morning of Saturday, November 15, led to an arrest after one of the men pulled a gun from his car and put it in his waistband, showing it off to the other.

The report from Birmingham police states that the two were in an argument because one of them had not moved his vehicle. Eventually, things escalated to the point where one of the men pulled the gun.

Police reported that he was arrested and issued a citation for brandishing a firearm.
