Man arrested in city for disturbing women

A man from Rochester Hills was arrested in Birmingham on the night of Thursday, May 23, after officers on patrol caught him staggering down the street and disturbing a pair of women.

According to the police report, Birmingham police officers were patrolling Pierce Street at Merrill when they saw the man staggering down the street. As he continued down Pierce, he put his arms around two women who were also walking down the street.
