A man staying at a Birmingham hotel reported to police that he was allegedly attacked around 2 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, by four men while he was walking from a local bar back to the hotel.
Birmingham police say an investigation is ongoing, but the report does not indicate if the man was treated for injuries from the assault.
The name of a local business is never provided by Birmingham police.
