Man cited for trespassing at Birmingham Kroger

A man previously accused of trespassing at the Birmingham Kroger store, located at 685 E. Maple Road, returned to the store only to be escorted out by police officers on Saturday, April 8.

An employee from the store told officers that the man had come back to the store. When officers arrived, he was escorted out and given a citation for trespassing.

According to reports, he left the area without another incident occurring.
